BrewBird has launched our first iced coffee pod: Cat & Cloud, Night Shift (Iced), a concentrated dark roast pod built specifically for flash brewing on your BrewBird.

What's flash brew?

Flash brew is how great cafés do iced coffee without the 12-hour wait of cold brew. Simply fill your cup with ice, use your BrewBird to brew directly over it, and the hot coffee chills instantly — locking in the aromatics and brightness that slow-steeped cold brew loses. The concentrated Night Shift pod is made strong on purpose, so the melting ice dilutes it to exactly the right strength.

The result: a genuinely fresh iced coffee, on demand. No canned cold brew that doesn't hold flavor. No overly-diluted carafe in the fridge. No waste.

Cat & Cloud is one of our favorite roaster partners for a reason, and their dark roast was made for this. Bold and chocolatey enough to stand up to ice, smooth enough to drink black, and delicious with or without milk.
